Data collected
At present this site does not collect users' personal data through its own forms: the contact form is planned for a future project milestone and is not yet active. Once published, it will collect the personal and contact details voluntarily provided by the user (e.g. name, email address, phone number, company and any message) for the sole purpose of responding to the request submitted.
Purpose of processing
Data provided through the future contact form will be processed to respond to commercial or support information requests and to follow up on any pre-contractual or contractual relationship with the data subject.
Legal basis
Processing will be based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given upon submitting the form, and/or on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Data retention
Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and manage any subsequent relationship, subject to longer retention periods required by law (e.g. tax or accounting obligations). The exact retention period will be defined once the contact form is implemented.
Data subject's rights
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain at any time, within the limits and under the conditions set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access to your data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. To exercise these rights you can write to the controller at the email address indicated above.
Updates to this notice
This notice may be updated, in particular once the contact form is published and following the legal review of its content. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
